Midstate Gun Company is proud to offer a variety of brass shell casings for use in reloading.
Handgun and rifle brass is available in quantities of 500 or 1,000.
Our brass comes exclusively from our shooting range, and as per our rules, is only fired once post-manufacturing. The likelihood of receiving brass from us that has already been reloaded is extremely low.

WARNING: CARELESS OR INCORRECT HAND-LOADING OR RELOADING PROCEDURES CAN CAUSE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
Hand-loading or reloading should be done by competent adults after proper instruction. Components are provided for use by persons familiar with loading practices, ballistics, and loading equipment -- if you are not knowledgeable of the hand-loading or reloading process and the dangers associated with the process, please seek the advice of a professional. Hand-load or reload only in strict compliance with instructions published in current hand-loading and/or reloading manuals.
Incorrect use of these components or incorrectly hand-loading or reloading ammunition can cause serious injury or damage. Since your hand-loading and/or reloading practices are beyond our control, we explicitly disclaim all responsibility or liability (either expressed or implied) for damage, injury, or death that may result.
Always use eye protection when hand-loading or reloading.
To avoid serious injury use components only in modern firearms, in good operating condition, designed for use with a specific caliber and length casing.
Always thoroughly examine all components to ensure good condition prior to reloading or firing. Discard all cases that show signs of excessive wear or cracks. Never substitute components. Follow all handling, use, and storage instructions given by the hand-loading and/or reloading tool, powder, and primer manufacturer.
Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning, handling ammunition or components, may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth defects, reproductive harm, cancer, and other serious physical injury/illness. You must have adequate ventilation at all times. Wash hands thoroughly after exposure.
Warranty Disclaimer: The components provided are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Mid-State Gun Company, Inc., disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: Mid-State Gun Company, Inc., shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the performance of the products. Since your hand-loading and/or reloading practices are beyond our control, we explicitly disclaim all responsibility or liability (either expressed or implied) for damage, injury, or death that may result, including special or consequential damages.
Selling Ammunition Warning: Please note that selling ammunition, whether reloaded or new, requires a permit/license (and, in most cases, extensive liability insurance). These permits/licenses are issued by the federal government through the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. Additionally, the specific laws and regulations for selling reloaded ammunition may vary from state to state. Please consult an attorney and obtain all appropriate permits/licenses prior to selling any reloaded ammunition. To the extent you do not maintain the appropriate permits/licenses, it is considered a federal crime (subject to fine and imprisonment) to sale reloaded ammunition. [18 U.S.C. 922(a), 923(a), and 924; 27 CFR 478]
The components we sell are not intended to be used for reloaded ammunition offered for sale by those without appropriate permits/licenses. By placing an order with Midstate Gun Company, you agree that you are not using the components in reloaded ammunition offered for sale without obtaining and maintaining the appropriate permits/licenses/insurance to do so.
